At Jennifer Meyer, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our jewelry and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns or exchanges on unworn, non-customized pieces within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original Jennifer Meyer packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
